More than a furniture factory, SIMEX is primarily a desire, the desire to meet the sense of beauty, a delight, meaning that elegance, balance, refinement, as SIMEX signifies the art furniture or the art of making furniture. SIMEX also means living nature – man and nature, the wood and its warmth. SIMEX is a real temptation, the temptation to make you feel in your own home as a true king. Finally, SIMEX represents the challenge to compete with the best, it is an ambition, the ambition to be the best.

Our company, SIMEX, consists in 4 factories which operate without interruption since 1950. We have 920 workers, our own creation and design unit, the most modern devices and best professionals in the field, the largest distribution network all around Romania, Europe, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine. SIMEX continues the tradition for over a century in the production of solid wood furniture because the craftsmen from this area had transmitted from generation to generation the beautiful craft of carpentry.
Under the known brand «Style, Comfort, Durability – Romanian Furniture SIMEX» we manufacture a wide range of furniture: bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, bookcases, tables, chairs, armchairs, sofas, grand father’s clocks, chests TV, chests, working cabinets, children furniture, upholstered furniture, all kind of small and large furniture etc. in varied styles and shades of color. We use solid wood: oak, beach, linden (lime), sycamore, cherry and walnut. We use the best wood from our huge forests from the Transylvanian Mountains. The models are our own design, but we manufacture upon customer’s design as well.
Mixing the useful side with the pleasure one, functionality with design, SIMEX believes that furniture is an important part of man’s life.

We export our furniture products to Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan,Turkmenistan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Baltic States and all the republics which were members of the ex-Soviet Union – places where SIMEX is a famous brand, center of an anecdotic aphorism which says that every Soviet child was made on a bed labeled «Made in Romania».
We are also producing various furniture for countries as: UK, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, France, Bulgaria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, United Arab Emirates.Romanian furniture is well-known in Europe more than 300 years ago, is beautiful, natural, ecological, resistant, and noble, it adorns some interiors of the Kremlin, St. Petersburg, New Presidential Palace in Turkmenistan, Palace of the Parliament of Romania, Castle Peles and various castles and famous institutions from all over Europe.

In the early 90s, SIMEX has had a long tradition (of over 8 years) as a manufacturer and exporter of furniture designed exclusively for the German market. Taking into account the tradition of Romanian furniture, from the ’60s, ’70s, ’80s, on the eastern market: Russia and former republics of the USSR, the furniture producer SIMEX has reoriented its assortment of furniture destined for eastern markets.

Specialized in art, massive, elegant furniture, respecting the classical architectural styles, with a particular focus on quality and by permanently developing its range, SIMEX has become the leading producer of Romanian furniture on the market of Eastern Europe, where SIMEX is a brand already known.

Sales are made both by collaborators and through its own stores. Currently, we have a wide distribution network in Romania, Europe, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.

Our designers’ creativeness and high qualifications, as well as our long and stable co-operation with some large companies in Western Europe, experienced in furniture manufacturing and marketing, has helped us to create original models in order to satisfy a wide range of tastes and demands of our clients.
